I trust their ability to care for our animals, the doctors are knowledgeable, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency about pricing. I brought my dog in for allergies, and the visit ended up costing over $300 for the exam, injection, and other services. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but I would have appreciated knowing the costs beforehand and being offered alternatives if I hadn’t have been able to pay. I was also running late and felt the staff were somewhat rude. Obviously being on time was important, but I didn’t appreciate the way staff interacted with me during the visit because of the tardiness.

Five stars doesn't say enough. My family has used the Cat & Dog Clinic of Bellevue and Dr. Debra Wallingford for more than 10 years covering the care of four rescued cats over the years, including one with FIV. Debra and her team have provided excellent services from the typical check-ups, vaccinations, tagging, nail trims and so on to the less typical and more difficult FIV and end-of-life care. They are friendly, professional and compassionate. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fernandez, Jessica, and the whole care team have been so caring, helpful, and accomodating of our dog Indigo's needs. They have worked seamlessly with our behaviorist to ensure he's getting the best medical treatment possible for his anxiety. They've given so much of their time and attention to him. And the rates for care here are very reasonable relative to the other two vets in the area we'd tried.
