The staff are consistently great. I'm putting 2 stars here to reflect their policy of not approving medication for Chewy and instead only pushing Vetsource as a way to get meds mailed. Its not needed and reflects the private equity dominance of a space like veterinary care. I'm a huge fan of the vets here and am a careclub member but this policy causes too much inconvenience.

We had an amazing visit with Dr. Jones. He was calm and incredibly good with our pup. Our dog was really nervous but Dr. Jones handled with immense grace, his calm and kind manner soothes him immediately. His staff were also great and thoughtful, highly recommend!

I came for a first exam today. It was totally free with no hidden fees, and everyone involved with that exam handled my Chow with love and professional care. I learned so much about my puppy and the experience cannot be beaten. Thank you again.
